I am excited for this new experience, also a bit scared! I am going to be sharing a storyline of my life through food. From my cozy warm drinks to my tantalizing & fresh Jalapeno-Frico Burger! (pictured above)
This E-Cookbook was born out of my love of food and quickly morphed to fibroid-friendly recipe book when I received my diagnosis from my doctor. With 3 significant tumors in my belly (uterus), needless to say I was scared! I DID NOT want surgery (which they suggested) so the research began!
Please join me in this food adventure. You don't have to have fibroids or even be a woman to experience the inspirations of these stories & recipes!
