It’s almost here!

~UPDATE~ On May 5th, 2025, my first ever E-cookbook will be available for digital download ~ It is also available on March 1st for preorder on Amazon! It has been delayed more than I care to admit, but greatness doesn't come easy.  Sharing private thoughts and feelings, as well as, putting our creativity out for the world to see, and judge, is scary.  I know it will never be perfect, but I do want you to like it and use it to create joy around food in your life.

I am excited for this new experience!  I am sharing a storyline of my life through food.  From my cozy warm drinks to my tantalizing & fresh Jalapeno-Frico Burger! (pictured above) 

This E-Cookbook was born out of my love of food and quickly morphed to fibroid-friendly recipe book when I received my diagnosis from my doctor.  With 3 significant tumors in my belly (uterus), needless to say I was scared!  I DID NOT want surgery (which they suggested) so the research began!

Please join me in this food adventure.  You don't have to have fibroids or even be a woman to experience the inspirations of these stories & recipes!
