This book is a story of diagnosis, fear, agency, and healing through food.

What began as a love of cooking quietly transformed into something much deeper when I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids. With three significant tumors and surgery strongly suggested, I knew one thing for certain. I wanted to explore another path first.

So I did what I know how to do.
I researched. I cooked. I paid attention.
And I began telling the truth.

Inside these pages are over 50 nourishing, fibroid-conscious recipes and 11 raw chapters from a version of me trying to make sense of her chaos. From cozy, grounding drinks to bold, satisfying meals like my Jalapeño Frico Burger, this book is part memoir, part kitchen companion, and part coming home.

You don’t need to have fibroids.
You don’t need to be a woman.
You just need to be human.

This is an invitation into food as self-care, curiosity, and reconnection.
