A nook for curious women who are tired of the noise. Stories, ideas, support, and wild curiosities waiting to be discovered.
Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to take a big bite out of life.
Now at 50, I can say this with certainty. Life gets a whole lot better when you stop trying to control it and start participating in it.
This site is where I share how I do that.
Some days that looks like recording podcast conversations that go deeper than the usual surface level chatter. Other days it looks like trail running through the woods, experimenting in the kitchen, sweating through hot yoga, or writing about the strange, beautiful process of becoming more ourselves.
Nothing here is polished for perfection.
It is real life. Curiosity. Growth. Humor. The occasional hard truth. And the ongoing adventure of figuring out how to live well.
If you spend a little time clicking around here you will find things like:
• Recipes that support a vibrant, health conscious life
• Updates and live episodes from The Radical Harmony Podcast
• Writing projects and creative experiments
• Honest reflections on growth, sobriety, curiosity, and showing up fully
Think of this place as a digital refuge for people who are tired of scrolling and ready to actually live.
Wander around the nook.
